“Ozella was a kind, friendly and loving person. I met her when she became a volunteer operator at Switchboard Concern, a program of Youth Services Bureau. She was dedicated, loyal and was always prompt and dependable doing her 4-hour shift each week. Her smile and positive attitude could change your mood from bad to glad in an instant. My deepest sympathy to Ozella's family and the many other close friends who were as close as family. I feel privileged to have known Ozella Gibson.”
