He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dorsey and Eva Irene Belt (Heeter); his brother Michael Lee Belt; and his half-brothers, Roger Allen and Phillip Earl Perkins.
He is survived by: his sister Sue Ann Nettro (John) of Elkhart. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
