She was predeceased by: her parents, Duane Otter and Dorothy Otter (Solo). She is survived by: her children, Dawn Nichols (Tiffany Chaney) and Dean Powers; her grandchildren, Ashley, Kara, Rebecca and Harmony; her siblings, Rod Otter (Deeann), Rick Otter, John Otter and Aleta Yeager; and her stepmother Kay Otter. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
