He is survived by: his wife Nancy Wasikowski; his sons, Dr. Michael Krempec (Jamie) and Dr. Jeffrey Krempec (Amy); his grandsons, Colin, Ian, Joseph and Charles; his stepgranddaughters, Savannah and Stella; his brother Robert Krempec (Debbie); and his pet Mazee.

Memorial contributions may be given to Traditions Hospice.
