She is survived by: her children, AnneMarie Faloon (Michael), Dawn Shalda (Paul), Jacqueline Stefan (David) and Jackie Clemente; her great grandchild Hawke Faloon; her grandchildren, Patrick Faloon (Jennifer), Ashley Faloon, Jonathan Faloon (Brynne), Christopher Shalda (Karyn), Andrew Shalda (Stephen Davis), Amber Shalda and Danny Stefan; her great grandchildren, Max, Mia, Molly Faloon, Ezra and Vincent Faloon; her caregivers, Alicieah and Elizabeth; and her husband Hans.

On behalf of Lenore's tender heart for children, donations may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
