He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Kiefer and Wilma Kiefer (Diane); and his brother Dale Kiefer (Stephanie). He is survived by: his wife Diane Marie; his children, Kathy Nowicki (Thomas) of Elkhart, IN and David Kiefer (Tracy) of Elkhart, IN; and his grandchildren, Andrew Nowicki (Maggie), Katie Kiefer, Jacob Kiefer and Kevin McCarthy.
