She is survived by: her spouse Arthur G. Hanes; her son Randy Hanes (Debrah) of Nappanee; and her grandchildren, Heidi Gronewold (John), Melissa Clancy (David), Troy Hanes, Heather Birkhead (Lonnie), Aaron Hanes (Nicole), Megan Starcher (Donald), Nathan Hanes (Anita) and Courtney Piercy (Michael).
