We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Joy Lynn Blake of Elkhart, Indiana, born in South Bend, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin G. Kring and Marjorie M. Kring (Colditz); and her brother Dennis Kring (Carolina) of Aiken. She is survived by: her daughters, Letisha L. Treble of Elkhart and Tonya S. Stahly (Michael) of South Bend; her granddaughters, Tre Herendeen (Adam), Tia Stahly and Abby Stahly; her great grandchildren, Finley and Norah Herendeen; her sisters, Wendy (Don) and Jensen (Bloomington); her sister-in-law Barbara Kring (South Carolina); and her nieces and nephews, Kara Snow (Michael) of Colorado, Audra Kring-Miles (South Carolina), Adele Miles (South Carolina), Hannah Kring, Cayce Kring, Matthew (Biyu), Theo, Erik, Lucas Jensen (New Jersey), Todd Kring, Brent Kring, Cole Kring, Samual Miles, Dalton Kring and Rowen Snow of Colorado.

Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Brethren Church of Elkhart (24197 Co Rd 16, Elkhart, IN 46516). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.

Contributions may be made to the Brethren Retreat scholarship Fund for Youth Camp, Boy's Town, and St Jude's.
