He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jorge Ortiz Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Jorge Luis Ortiz Jr. of Michigan City, IN. and Jacqueline Rolon of Puerto Rico; his grandparents, Loida Gonzalez, Francisco and Milagros Rolon; his former wife Stephanie Wilson; his children, Aiden Ortiz and Halo Wilson; and his siblings, Micheal Santini, Xavier L. Ortiz (Diana), Deangelo Ortiz, Morris Ortiz, Isabel Ortiz and Breann Ortiz. He is also survived by 2 aunts, 2 uncles and several loving nieces and nephews.
