He is survived by: his wife Virginia Rushing (Smith) of Elkhart; his children, Ray Bell (Robin) of Goshen, Roy Bell (Christi) of Goshen, Rollie Bell (Kathy) of Elkhart and Ron Bell (Nancy) of Elkhart; his grandchildren, Dakota Bell (Courtney), Christina Vaughn (James), Ashley Cooke (Don), Kayla Daly (Jordan), Veronica Sherman (Samuel) and Rachel Bell; and his siblings, Margaret Rushing of Elkhart, Buford Rushing of Elkhart, Kenneth Shelton (Beverly), Linda Housh (James) of Elkhart, Glenda Osmun (Dwayne), Mary Ann Haines and Elmo Shelton (Carol). He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Billings Funeral Home (812 Baldwin St, Elkhart, IN 46514). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Olive West Cemetery (61081 Co Rd 3, Elkhart, IN 46517).
