He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ruderschmidt and Rosa Ruderschmidt (Springman); his sisters, Rosa Frisam and Anna Hein; and his niece Rosemarie Blenman.
He is survived by: his nephew Alan Blenman of Speedwell, TN; and his close friend Benitta Hermann.
