She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Phillips and Anna Phillips (Zach); her spouse Harley D. Mast; and her siblings, George Boner, Jack Phillips, Tom Phillips, Catherine Houck and Anna Mae Yonkavitch.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Osthimer (Mark) of South Bend, Roxanne Bowers (Greg) of Goshen and Jeff Mast (Jaime) of Indianapolis; her granddaughters, Brittany Hoeppner (Ben), Jena Leeper (Zack) and Jaymee Bowers; her great grandchildren, Jaidyn Leeper, Rhaygen Rogers, Harley Rowe, Lily Hoeppner and Carter Hoeppner; and her brother Bob Phillips.
Memorials may be given to Traditions Healthcare, Mishawaka.
