She is survived by: her spouse Jerry E. Clark; her daughters, Jodi Gilbert of Elkhart and Julie Stankovich of Elkhart; and her siblings, Floyd Walters (Jan) of Elkhart and Donna Schenk of Elkhart. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.

Donations in memory of Janet may be given to Elkhart Cremation Services to help defray expenses.
