He is survived by: his wife Viola "Susie" Weaver; his son-in-law Martin Peavyhouse of Estill Springs; his grandchildren, Anthony Peavyhouse, Rebecca Burgraff (Joe), Jamie Finney (Alisha), Marty Finney (Anrae), Jeremy Burch and Lindsey Kocak (Ted); his great grandchildren, Emily, Jacob Micciche, Isabella Peavyhouse, Claire, Leo Finney, Wyatt Finney and Micah Burgraft; and his brothers, Dale Weaver (Barbara) of Estill Springs, Ray Weaver (Elaine) of Estill Springs and Keith Weaver (Kathy) of Estill Springs. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
