With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harold D. Rose of Elkhart, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 6, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rose and Clara Rose (McCollough); and his brothers, Kenneth and Willard. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Cittadine; his daughters, Debra Pietrzak, Denise Konecny (Jan) of Cape Coral, FL, Deena Parson (Brent) of Deedsville, IN, Debbie Dodge (Denny), Tammie Hibshman (Ed) of Elkhart, IN and Kim Haller (Scott) of Sturgis, MI; his grandchildren, Amanda Thomas, Jarrett Thomas, Tarah Fairchild (Randy), Trent Parson (Nikki), Tiffany Nead (Matt), Ashley Bumpus (Brandon), Jeff Pratt, Kelly Pratt, Michael Pratt (Melissa), Ryan Hibshman (Kaitlin), Adam Hibshman (Jenny), Nicholas Hibshman (Natalie), Kayla Haller, Ryne Haller, Jessica Haller and Jacob Haller; his great grandchildren, Remington, Dawson, McCoy, McKenna, Griffen, Blaire, Hope, Braya, Giovanni, Cruz, Presley, Remy, Ellis, Jullian and Jericho; and his great great grandchild Bjorn.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home, Inc. (403 W Franklin St, Elkhart, IN 46516). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
