We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2024, at the age of 94, Flora Jane Christophel of Elkhart, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Flora Jane Christophel to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lechlitner and Cora Lechlitner (Hartman); and her husband Paul L. Christophel. She is survived by: her children, Steve Christophel (Barb), Thomas Christophel (Judith) and Randal Christophel (Lori); and her grandchildren, Phoebe Hughes (Greg), Curtis Christophel, Cora Cook (Billy Joe), Andrew Christophel (Lauren), Matthew Christophel, Jared Christophel (Laura), Derek Christophel and Taylor Funderburg (James). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Olive Mennonite Church (61081 Co Rd 3, Elkhart, IN 46517). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
