Dorothy Linnea Swartz Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy Linnea Swartz of Elkhart, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 6, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Conover and Edith Conover; her husband Eugene Swartz; her grandson Mason Swartz; her great grandchildren, Dakotah and Sadie Becktell; and her siblings, Betty Kantz, Barbara Long and James Conover.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Mater (Jonathan), Steven Swartz, Dennis Swartz (Kathy) and Carol Becktell (Robert); and her brother-in-law Gerald Long. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bristol Community Church (201 S Division St, Bristol, IN 46507). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations in memory of Dorothy may be made to the church.
