With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Donnabelle Young (Elkhart, Indiana), born in Mishawaka, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Donnabelle left this world on April 15, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. As Donnabelle departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Donnabelle may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Donnabelle leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kittredge Sr. and Mary Phillips (Richard Young); her stepson Richard Young Jr.; and her brother Paul Kittredge Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Ellis and Linda Duffy (Patrick). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home (700 E Jackson Blvd, Elkhart, IN 46516).
