He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Culveyhouse and Margaret Culveyhouse; and his spouse Nylene Kindle. He is survived by: his children, Richard Walls (Sharon Ladner) of Gulfport, MS., Daniel Culveyhouse of Elkhart, IN., Laura Culveyhouse of Elkhart, IN. and David Culveyhouse of Elkhart, IN.; his grandsons, Andrew Culveyhouse, Justin Walls (Cindy) and Robert Walls; and his brother James Culveyhouse of Gulfport, MS.. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
