It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Paul Wade of Elkhart, Indiana, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on October 13, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Edward Wade; and his brother Bill Wade. He is survived by: his brothers, David Wade (Joanne), Tom Wade and Jack Wade; his sister-in-law Ruth Wade; and his pets, Lucas and Apollo. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

“My sympathy to the family of Dan Wade. Dan was a wonderful friend to me (and my children and grandchildren) for many years. When I was lonely and needed a friend, along came Dan. We would go dancing or go to the lake a lot. When he would stop by and visit, he always brought a bone for each of my doggies. I still find it hard to believe this has happened, and so fast. The only solace for me is that he is no longer in pain. Fly high, my friend. I hope to see you again someday.”
