He was predeceased by: his child-in-law Beverly R. Hoskins; and his sister Barbara Webb. He is survived by: his son Todd Collier (Idella) of Nineveh; and his siblings, Jack Collier (Racine) of Hazard, KY, Paul Collier (Janice) of Charlestown, IN, John Collier (Patty) of Columbus and Crystal Fields of Richmond, KY..
