He is survived by: his wife Sherry Smallwood of Elizabethtown; his children, Kenneth Lakins (Kim) of Scipio, Melissa Redkey (Mike) of North Vernon, Tammy Isaacs (Greg) of McKee, KY and Trena Redd of Connersville; his siblings, Veona "Tiny" Moody and Neal Smallwood; his siblings-in-law, Kathy and Ralph Anderson; his grandchildren, Shane Lakins, K'lynn Smallwood, Michael Redkey, Tiffany Redkey, Tyler Isaacs, Chelsea Isaacs Wilson, Jeremy Redd, Natasha Redd, Joshua Redd and Naomi Redd; and his great grandchildren, Timothy Dooley, Gabriella Isaacs, Kennedy Isaacs, Sophie Wilson and Harper Wilson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
