She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Douglas; her daughters, Angie Pritts (Terry) of Columbus and Lisa Marie Orlich of Columbus; her grandson Caleb Orlich; her great grandchild Adelynne Rose Bates; and her siblings, Joyce Wierdak (Paul) of Chicago, Jim Neal (Juli) of California and Jeff Neal (Laura) of Colorado. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
