He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Howard and Joann Catherine Miller Howard; his wife Beverly Howard; and his brothers, Alvin E., Allen Lee and Larry Dale Howard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kristy Kelso (Bradley) of Hope and Amanda Jean Hernandez (Jaime) of Deputy; his grandchildren, Brent Adams, Michael Ford (Jessica), Cory Petro, Danzic Petro (Heaven), Nathaniel Petro, Ethan Hernandez and Maddie Hernandez; and his brother Timothy Ray Howard (Debbie Gentry) of Elizabethtown. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
