We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2021, at the age of 77, Barbara L. Nienaber of Elizabethtown, Indiana, born in Columbus, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur F. Andis and Ruth Todd Andis; her husband Carl William Nienaber Jr.; her brother Arthur F. Andis Jr.; and her great grandchild Alyce Nienaber.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Nienaber (Angela) of Elizabethtown, Mark Nienaber (Carleta) of Jonesville, Daniel Nienaber (Angie Broughton) of Elizabethtown, David Nienaber (Stephanie) of Elizabethtown and Lana Jo Wolka (Frank) of Vallonia; her sisters, Carolyn Wilkerson of Columbus, Nelma Fritsche (James) of Hartsville, IN, Lois Anderson of Noblesville, IN and Rebecca Patton (Scott) of Tuscola, IL; her grandchildren, Stephanie Cole (John), Autumn Nienaber, Thomas Nienaber (Emily), Clint Wolka (Ashley), Cody Wolka (April), Kordell Nienaber (Dakota), Zane Nienaber, Holly Nienaber, Samuel Nienaber and Austin Nienaber (Bre); and her great grandchildren, Cora Nienaber, William Courson, Sawyer Stearley, Sydney Stearley, Addyson Cole, Jordon Cole, Easton Cole, Cooper Wolka, Teighan Wolka, Drake Wolka, Waylon Wolka, Ridge Wolka, River Nienaber and Merrick Nienaber.
Due to the new mandate limiting gatherings to 50 people, visitors are required to wear face masks and maintain social distancing.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church or St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church Early Education Fund.
