He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis, Sr. Miller and Cleo Colvin Miller; and his siblings, Lewis Miller, Jr., Edward Miller and Thelma Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Miller (Brown); his children, Doug Miller (Mary Elizabeth), Denise Hubert (Bobby) of Elizabeth, IN, Diane Metz of Elizabeth, IN and Donna Withers (Tom) of Elizabeth, IN; his sister Catherine Miller of New Albany, IN; and his grandchildren, Dawn Steen (David), Nathan Withers (Abby), Bradley Withers, Andrew Withers (Amanda), Adrian Hubert (Andrea), Allison McKim (Travis), Shelby Gliebe (Adam) and Kelsey Miller. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
