It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Ferree of Elizabeth, Indiana, born in Laconia, Indiana, who passed away on May 24, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Troutman and Linna Bennett Troutman; her husband Maurice H. Ferree; and her son-in-law Roger Pellman Sr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Thompson (Jerry Sr.) and Carol Pellman of Elizabeth, Indiana. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 19 great great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
