She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard O. Simmons and Mildred Lucille Simmons (Brown); her siblings, Olen "Butch" Simmons, George Simmons, Sherman Simmons, Marilyn "Lisa" Simmons, Frances "Ann" Bowling, Linda Martin and Billie Simmons; her nephews, Alex Simmons, Jordan Simmons, Brian Simmons and Adam Haag; and her niece Kelli Wood.
She is survived by: her siblings, David Simmons (Violet), Margaret "Sue" Simmons, Carmen Haag (Allan), Diane Simmons (Louie), Katrina Heitkemper (Robert) and Shirley Noe. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
