With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Popp of Elizabeth, Indiana, who passed away on February 9, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Von Lopp; and her siblings, Von Lopp and Yvonne Lopp. She is survived by: her husband William R. "Bill" Popp; her children, Jason Steiner (Brandy) of Corydon, Indiana and Laura Steiner-Weathers of Depauw, Indiana; her stepchildren, Greg Popp (Amy) of Corydon, Willie Popp (Sherry) of Henryville, Indiana, Leigh Seiler (Scott) of Greenville, Micki Roberts of Corydon and Dana Fisher (Brock) of Georgetown, Indiana; and her brothers, Dale Lopp (Rena) of Elizabeth and Dean Lopp of Elizabeth. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
