He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Williar Burns; his children, Matthew Burns (Wansiri) of Elizabeth and Crystal Burns (Shannon) of Lexington, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Summer, Abigale and Phoenix Burns; his sisters, Belinda Miller of Laconia, Sandra Burns of Elizabeth and Tammy Toney (Stewart) of Corydon, Indiana; his nephew William McNicol of Jeffersonville, Indiana; and his nieces, April and Sarah.
