He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Cash (Summerhays). He is survived by: his father Barry E. Cash (Rita); his wife Dawn Cash (Glover); his sons, Jacob Cash and Andrew Cash; his stepson Tony Klemm; his siblings, Heather McCarroll (Randall Cutis) and John Wilson (Jamie); his stepsiblings, Sammye Fleisher (Greg), Chris House, Angela Griffin (Patrick) and Jesse House (Kristi); and his pets, JC, Gracie and Queso. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
