She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Brownfield and Ruby Brownfield (Pemberton); her husband Steve Stroud; and her daughter Dara Stroud Preske. She is survived by: her daughter Becky Smith (Ed); and her grandchildren, Megan Morgan, Steven Ricer (Jennifer), Tasha Aldridge and Brittny Wood (Major). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
