He is survived by: his children, Mary Ellen Gaines of Owensville and Michael Lambert (Vicki) of Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Julie Wilder (Scott) of Owensville, IN, Jennifer Gaines, Janis Gaines, Allyn Lambert (Renee) of Bloomington and Matthew Lambert of Cicero, IN; his stepgrandchildren, Brett Swinney, Kris Page and Jesse Swinney; his great grandchildren, Marissa Lambert of Lydia Wilder, Dillin, Austin, Jackson Page, Michayla, Madyllen, Makenzi, Sara, Livian, Caroline and Allison Swinney; and his niece Brenda Broshear.
