She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Feagley and Ruth Brown (Allen); her husband Bill Lacer, Jr.; her daughter Betty Sowder; her siblings, Donald Feagley, Mark Feagley, EllaMae Lockyear, Joline Hadley, Ruth Overton and Melba Brammer-Young; her sister-in-law Juanita Feagley; and her grandsons, John Hoover and Brian Hoover.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph Lacer (Jane), Joyce Hoover (David) and Barbara Hasselbrinck (Scott); her grandchildren, Laurie Lacer DeFoor, Brandi Lacer-Holcomb, James Hoover, Michael Sowder, Jacob Sowder, Jeremy Sowder, Dr. Seth Harris and Abby Harris; her great grandchildren, Honora DeFoor, Thaddus DeFoor, Olivia Holcomb, Will Sowder, Levi Sowder, Nathan Sowder, Logan Sowder, Davin Sowder, Dominic Sowder, Otto Harris and Miles Harris; and her brother-in-law David M. Sowder.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Zoar U.C.C. of Elberfeld, Indiana, the Shriner Children's Hospital or to the Chandler C.P.C. Food Bank.
