He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lewis and Violet Lewis (Mason); and his siblings, Clarence Lewis and Johnetta Robb. He is survived by: his children, Jackie Markey (Paul), Tony Fellows, Phillip Wayne Lewis, Jr., Tracey Dale Lewis, Robert P. Lewis (Vivian), Charles Lewis (Amy) and Kevin Lewis (April Besing); and his siblings, Iris Wilkerson, Marcella Robb, Charlotte Naas and Jean Gladish. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
COVID-19 regulations are observed at the funeral home by social distancing and facial coverings.
