He was predeceased by: his parents, Newman Harris and Mary Harris (Lovelace). He is survived by: his wife Betty Cochran; his daughter Sherry Seegraves (Tony); his stepchildren, Marty Cochran (Rachel) of Franklin and Bellame Ferrell (Dave) of Elizabethtown; and his siblings, Nancy Loweth (Ed) of Taylorsville, Mary Lee (Butch) of Columbus, David Harris of Columbus and John Harris (Cheryl) of Seymour. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
