He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie "Jack" Lewis and Donna J. Lewis (Burton). He is survived by: his stepchildren, Cole and Christian; his close friend Kathy Lewis; his sister Alesa Messer; and his nieces and nephews, Courtney Case and Andrew Messer. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
