She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman George and Earline Bennett George; and her brothers, Rick and Kenny George. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Smith; her children, Teresa L. McGraw (Sean) of Columbus, Amanda Jo Smith of Edinburgh and Daniel G. Smith (Rebecca) of Nineveh; and her grandchildren, Brittney Smith, Brianna Smith, Cadance McGraw, Brayden Smith, Tyler Barnhorst, Alex Barnhorst, Jasmine Smith and Debbie Fowler (Darrin) of Greensburg.

Memorial donations may be made to any animal charity of your choosing.
