She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward R. Frye and Hazel L. Frye Sr. (Bruder); her brothers, Ronald L. "Ron" Frye, Edward R. Frye Jr. and Boston; and her pets, Missy and Oscar.
She is survived by: her son Eugene Burkhart (Debra) of Franklin; her grandchildren, Caleb of Franklin and Corbyn Burkhart of Franklin; and her sisters, Diane Frye of Brown County and Kathy Baker (Mike) of Columbus. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
