Frank Taylor wrote a sympathy message

“Col. Jim Kaiser was a friend and a fellow Veteran. We talked about about growing up on a farm in the 1940s,50s60s and how different life was then. We also discussed the many years of our time in the service to our country. Jim’s commitment dedication to his family,,friends,,neighbors Church, military units and many organizations that he served and supported shows us the great leader he was. I will miss my friend and neighbor for the time we had together as brothers in Christ and in the service”
