He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Margaret and Mary Margaret; his brother Neal Belcher; and his brother-in-law John Braham. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Drennen; his daughter Rita Mann (Chuck) of Shelbyville; his stepdaughters, Trish Francis (David) of Paris and Kim Todd of Tampa; and his sisters, Annette Braham of Ireland and Gwen Graham of Evansville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and various nieces and nephews, and cousins.
