He is survived by: his wife Sondra Balthis; his children, Sarah Craft (Cory) of Maryland, Jamie Balthis of Arizona, Mike Keesling (Tonia Collins) of Eaton and Ernie Jones (Danielle Turner) of Richmond; and his siblings, Billy Balthis of Richmond and Sherri Sheehy (Jeff) of Richmond. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
