He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fowler and Pauline Fowler (Runyon); and his brother Terry Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Fowler; his children, Lisa Fowler, David Burns, Lynsey Randall (Josh) and Jordan Burns (Shane Johnson); his grandchildren, Logan Houser, Randalyn Burns, Austin Randall, Owen Randall, Connor Johnson, Raylon Burns, Kamea Eppard and Ella Randall; his great grandchild Chloe Houser; and his brother Tim Fowler (Natalie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pitman-Richman Funeral Home (200 S Hartford St, Eaton, IN 47338). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
