He was predeceased by: his mother Alfretta Adams; his father-in-law Ike; his father Roy Mitchell; his siblings, Ronald Mitchell, Robert Mitchell, Billy Mitchell and Margaret Mullins; and his grandson Wyatt Allen Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Mitchell; his children, Don Mitchell (Bonnie), Dave Mitchell (Linda) and Debbie Mitchell; and his sister-in-law Sharon Mitchell. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in support of Heart to Heart Hospice, Eaton Vol.
