She is survived by: her sons, Adam Bales (Melissa) and Cody Bales (Brittany Brooks); her brothers, Bobby Eppard, Bill Eppard (Cindy), John Eppard (Arleen) and Danny Eppard (Kristen); her sister-in-law Lori Eppard; and her grandchildren, Ciara Bales, Alixx Philebaum-Ray, Avangeline Philebaum, Ava Harvey and Myles Lee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
