He is survived by: his parents, Joseph "Ryan" Middleton and Sarah Kathleen Middleton (Lieland) of East Enterprise, IN; his brother Raylan Middleton of East Enterprise, IN; his parental-grandmother Ruth Middleton of Warsaw, KY; his grandparents, Marian "Kathy" Lieland of Bennington, IN, Stanley and Sonia Lieland of Rising Sun, IN; his great-grandparents, Margaret Burk of Warsaw, KY and Anita Middleton of Warsaw, KY; his grandfather Jeff Middleton; his great-grandparents, Leslie, Elsie Herget, Charles, Agnes Lieland, Alvin Middleton and Joseph Burk; and his great-uncle Lester Cash. He is also survived by his several aunts, uncles and cousins.
