He was predeceased by: his grandson Ashton Manuel; his parents, Charles Edward "Chuck" Manuel and Marjorie M. Manuel (Hinman); his sister Catherine Sue Bruce (Manuel); and his great-nephew Weston Bruce Fenning.
He is survived by: his children, Leslie Nichole Wiseman (Alex) of Elizabeth, IN, Amanda Mae Manuel-Crowe (Kelsey) of Louisville, KY and Josh Parker of Madison, IN; his grandchildren, Emerson, Amee, Maverick, Elijah, Kaylee, Avalee and Emitt; his nephew Wesley Bruce (Natalie) of Madison, IN; and his aunt Ruth Ann Shadday of Vevay, IN.
