He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda Marie Wainscott (Gulley) and Marion W. "Bill" Wainscott; and his brother Kenneth Wainscott. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Rae Lagoy (Chris) of Russell, MA; his grandchildren, Morgan Cloutier, Madison Cloutier, Max Cloutier and Wyatt Lagoy; and his sister Brenda Wainscott of Greendale, IN. He is also survived by many cousins, other family members and friends.
