He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Lynn; his wife Sarah Ann Keith (Peelman); his children, Dale Robert, Michelle Ann, Dale Keith (Kathy) of Rising Sun, IN, Nancy Scott (Rick) of Rising Sun, IN, Michelle Self (Wyatt) of Moorefield, IN and Joanne Keith of Vevay, IN; his grandchildren, Travis Myers (Tina), Jeff Thornton (Alisha), Jason Scott (Kristal), Jody Pitts (Marty), Chad Scott, Erin Lamkin (Dustin), Candice Aguilar (Eddie), Kimberly Barkman (Nicholas), Kyle Self (Shauna), Alex Curran, Ben Curran and Natalie Sullivan; and his great grandchildren, Morgan, Bayley, Kendal, Trey, Addison, Jordan, Lindsay, Michael, Jake, Sydney, Carson, Lance and Laurin.
