He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Chase of Rising Sun, IN and Jennifer Chase of Rising Sun, IN.; and his siblings, Mary Weber of Aurora, IN, Ella Chase of Aberdeen, IN, Raymond Chase of Aberdeen, IN, Robert Chase of East Enterprise, IN and Donald Chase (Susie) of Aurora, IN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
